“I am a full-stack software developer, network infrastructure engineer and digital entrepreneur based in Lira City, Northern Uganda. I founded Rooibok Technologies Limited with a simple mission: to make reliable technology accessible to the institutions and communities that need it most. Every system we design, deploy and manage is built to that standard, and if you are building something meaningful, we would love to build it with you.”
